Resolution No. 427/2016
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 5 May 2016

concerning the introduction to exchange trading on the GPW Main List
of series A bearer ordinary shares
of the company X-TRADE BROKERS DOM MAKLERSKI S.A.

§ 1

Pursuant to § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the Exchange Rules and § 2.1 of Division 4 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP, the Exchange Management Board resolves as follows:

1) to introduce as of 6 May 2016 by way of an ordinary procedure to exchange trading on the main market the following series bearer ordinary shares of the company X-TRADE BROKERS DOM MAKLERSKI S.A. a par value PLN 0.05 each:

a) 16,433,709 series A shares, coded as “PLXTRDM00029” by the National Depository for Securities, conditional on the assimilation by the National Depository for Securities on 6 May 2016 of that shares with the shares of the company, coded as “PLXTRDM00011”,

b) 100,949,926 series A shares, coded as “PLXTRDM00011” by the National Depository for Securities;

2) to list the shares of the company X-TRADE BROKERS DOM MAKLERSKI S.A., mentioned in point 1), in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name „XTRADEBDM” and the code „XTB”.

§ 2

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
