Resolution No. 491/2016
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 19 May 2016

concerning the admission and the introduction to exchange trading
on the GPW Main List of series A2, A3, A4 and A6 bearer ordinary shares of
the company LSI SOFTWARE S.A.

§ 1

The Exchange Management Board represents that pursuant to § 19.1-2 of the Exchange Rules, the following series bearer ordinary shares of the company LSI SOFTWARE S.A. a par value PLN 1 each, are admitted to exchange trading on the main market:

1) 24,524 series A2 shares,
2) 100,000 series A3 shares,
3) 100,000 series A4 shares,
4) 19,098 series A6 shares.

§ 2

Pursuant to § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the Exchange Rules, the Exchange Management Board resolves to introduce as of 24 May 2016 by way of an ordinary procedure to exchange trading on the main market the shares of the company LSI SOFTWARE S.A., mentioned in § 1, conditional on the registration of the series A2, A3, A4 and A6 shares and their coding as “PLLSSFT00016” by the National Depository for Securities on 24 May 2016.

§ 3

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
