Resolution No. 679/2016
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 30 June 2016
concerning the minimum block trade value for shares of
the company X-TRADE BROKERS DOM MAKLERSKI S.A. listed on the WSE Main Market
§ 1
Pursuant to § 155 sub-paragraphs 2, 3, 9 and 10 of the Exchange Rules, the Exchange Management Board resolves that the minimum block trade value for shares of the company X-TRADE BROKERS DOM MAKLERSKI S.A. (coded as “PLXTRDM00011”) listed on the WSE Main Market under the abbreviated name „XTRADEBDM” and the code „XTB”, is determined at PLN 500,000.
§ 2
This Resolution shall come into force on 1 July 2016.
