APS ENERGIA (Resolution No. 747/2016)

Resolution No. 747/2016
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 21 July 2016

concerning the admission and the introduction to exchange trading
in the GPW Main List of series C2 and C3 bearer ordinary shares
of the company APS ENERGIA S.A.

§ 1

The Exchange Management Board represents that pursuant to § 19.1 of the Exchange Rules, the following series bearer ordinary shares of the company APS ENERGIA S.A., a par value PLN 0.20 each, are admitted to exchange trading in the parallel market:

1) 156,107 series C2 shares,
2) 182,107 series C3 shares.

§ 2

Pursuant to § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the Exchange Rules, the Exchange Management Board resolves to introduce as of 26 July 2016 by way of an ordinary procedure to exchange trading in the parallel market the shares of the company APS ENERGIA S.A., mentioned in § 1, conditional on the registration of the series C2 and C3 shares and their coding as “PLAPSEN00011” by the National Depository for Securities on 26 July 2016.

§ 3

This Resolution shall come into force on the date of adoption.
