Resolution No. 769/2016
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 28 July 2016

concerning special designation of certain financial instruments listed
on the regulated market and in the alternative trading system

Acting pursuant to § 20(4) of the Exchange Articles of Association, § 3 of Division 7 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP, and § 150 of Exhibit 2 to the Alternative Trading System Rules, the Exchange Management Board resolves as follows:

§ 1

Starting on 1 August 2016, information published in the official newsletter of the Warsaw Stock Exchange [Ceduła Giełdy Warszawskiej] and on the Exchange website concerning listing of financial instruments on the regulated market and in the alternative trading system shall have a designation as per § 3(1) of Division 7 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP or § 150(1) of Exhibit 2 to the Alternative Trading System Rules in the wording approved in Resolution No. 629/2016 of the Exchange Management Board dated 16 June 2016 or Resolution No. 630/2016 of the Exchange Management Board dated 16 June 2016, respectively, subject to any subsequent amendments.

§ 2

Following the amendment of the Exchange regulations referred to in § 1, all existing special designations of information published in the official newsletter of the Warsaw Stock Exchange [Ceduła Giełdy Warszawskiej] and on the Exchange website concerning listing of financial instruments on the regulated market and in the alternative trading system shall be cancelled after the trading session on 29 July 2016.

§ 3

Following the amendment of the Exchange regulations referred to in § 1, information published in the official newsletter of the Warsaw Stock Exchange [Ceduła Giełdy Warszawskiej] and on the Exchange website concerning listing of financial instruments on the regulated market and in the alternative trading system, subject to any special designation as at 29 July 2016 and subject to the new designation referred to in § 3(1) of Division 7 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP or § 150(1) of Exhibit 2 to the Alternative Trading System Rules in the wording effective as of 1 August 2016, shall have a special designation as per the Appendix hereto.

§ 4

This Resolution shall enter into force on 1 August 2016 other than § 2, which shall enter into force after the closing of the trading session on 29 July 2016.
