Communiqué
The Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) announces that based on the Management Board resolutions no. 42/2007, as amended, following the trading session on May 13, 2016, there will be an extraordinary adjustment and 1,300,000 shares of GEKOPLAST company (ISIN PLGKPLS00019) will supplement WIG and WIG-Poland indices.
GEKOPLAST company’s shares were introduced to trading on the GPW Main List on May 11, 2016 and fulfill free float criteria of the above mentioned indices.
Additionally following the trading session on May 13, 2016, there will be an extraordinary adjustment of the WIG and WIG-developers indices and shares of ORCOGROUP company (ISIN LU0122624777) will be removed from their portfolios.
ORCOGROUP company no longer meets criteria of the above mentioned indices, because it's free float is lower than 10%.
