Communiqué
(GPW Main List)

The Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW), based on the Management Board resolutions no. 42/2007,
as amended, informs that following the trading session on August 5, 2016, there will be
an extraordinary adjustment of the sWIG80, WIG, WIG-Poland and WIGdiv indices and shares
of ACTION company (PLACTIN00018) will be removed from their portfolios.
ACTION company will be removed from the above mentioned indices, because it was marked
in a specific manner.
Additionally, following the trading session August 5, 2016:

• 6,499,000 shares of ATAL company (ISIN PLATAL000046) will supplement sWIG80 index,
• 22,998,000 shares of MENNICA company (ISIN PLMNNCP00011) will supplement WIGdiv index.
