Finance & Investment Forum took place on 10-11 January 2020

The first edition of the Finance & Investment Forum took place at the PGE National Stadium on 10-11 January 2020. The two-day event brought together more than 3,000 investors and other interested participants.

The Forum was organised by the Association of Individual Investors (SII). The Warsaw Stock Exchange was its Strategic Partner. The event combined a fair and a conference. Close to 50 financial firms, listed companies and media outlets opened their stands during the event. The Forum included more than 40 lectures and panel discussions featuring more than 60 speakers. GPW offered a number of presentations under the Exchange School brand, as well as lectures focusing on traded instruments. GPW representatives took part in discussions concerning the PPK Programme, the Capital Market Development Strategy, the development of loyalty programmes for investors, and investing in gaming companies on GPW. The Exchange School lectures were very popular and attracted nearly 700 participants.

The objective of the event was to bring together beginners interested in finance who look for optimal ways to invest their savings. The key topics of the lectures included pension savings, long-term dividend investments, investing in stocks, bonds and ETFs, as well as investing in real estate.
