New listing of RENDER CUBE

The company RENDER CUBE S.A.​was newly listed on the GPW Main Market on 22 March 2024.

RENDER CUBE S.A. is the 411^th company listed on the Main Market and the third new listing on the Main Market in 2024.

Issuer’s history and business

Shares of the Company are listed in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market since 22 December 2021.

The Issuer was incorporated by a memorandum of association in the form of a notarial deed dated 1 December 2017 as a limited liability company under the name Render Cube spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością. The Company was registered in the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000708937 on 13 December 2017. Render Cube sp. z o.o. was transformed into the joint-stock company Render Cube spółka akcyjna on 5 August 2020. The transformation of Render Cube spółka akcyjna was entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register pursuant to the decision of the District Court Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, 20^th Commercial Division of the National Court Register dated 23 September 2020 under the KRS number 0000860872. The Company was established for an unlimited period of time.

Render Cube S.A. with its registered office in Łódź operates on the video games market, producing computer games for personal computers, Xbox and PlayStation consoles of various generations. Games are available for sale through digital distribution platforms such as Steam, GoG, Epic Games, Microsoft Store, and PlayStation Store. The video games produced by the Issuer are sold on the global market, in line with the activities of digital distribution platforms. The Issuer outsources the publication of games on sales platforms.

The Company's share capital amounts to 1,071,900 shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 and a total nominal value of PLN 107,190, including:

• 1,000,000 series A ordinary bearer shares,
• 38,900 series B ordinary bearer shares, 
• 25,900 series C ordinary bearer shares, 
• 7,100 series D ordinary bearer shares.

The Issuer did not conduct a public offering in connection with its new listing on the GPW Main Market.
