39 Companies in NC Focus
The Warsaw Stock Exchange has published a list of 39 companies which have been included in the NC Focus segment. This is the outcome of the qualification process carried out on 26 September 2025 under the new NewConnect market segmentation rules.
The Warsaw Stock Exchange introduced the new qualification rules on 27 June 2025. The objective is to make the NC Focus segment more attractive and improve liquidity of trading. The changes include a higher minimum market capitalisation threshold, a minimum free float criterion, and a requirement to introduce at least 50% of all ordinary bearer shares to trading.
Companies qualified for NC Focus receive additional support in the Analytical Coverage Support Programme (PWPA), whose fifth edition was launched in July 2025. The programme improves the availability of analytical research for medium-sized and less liquid companies listed on the GPW Main Market, in the NC Focus segment, as well as bond issuers on Catalyst. This gives investors broader access to reliable independent information, which supports informed investment decisions.
The NC Focus segment was created to showcase companies listed on NewConnect which meet specific conditions. Qualification of a company for NC Focus is not an investment recommendation, each decision should be preceded by an individual analysis.
