2026-03-16 17:16:05

Bonds issued by the Corpus Iuris Group, with a total nominal value of PLN 68 million, have been newly listed on Catalyst, a market which operates in the Alternative Trading System. This marks the fifth new listing in 2026 and the 158th issuer in Catalyst’s history, confirming the continued interest of companies in raising capital on the debt market.

The Corpus Iuris Group, whose core business is to acquire and manage portfolios of unsecured debt, has introduced to trading two series of bonds with a total value of PLN 68 million. The bonds bear interest at WIBOR 3M plus a margin of 5.25 percentage points and mature in July 2029. Michael / Ström Dom Maklerski is the authorised adviser of the issue. The proceeds from the issue will be used to finance the Group’s operating and investment activities through the acquisition of investment certificates of the Corpus Iuris Fund; the funds will not be used to grant loans to entities outside the Group or to directly acquire debt portfolios.

I have had the pleasure today of attending the Corpus Iuris Group’s new listing on Catalyst. This is the fifth new listing in 2026, reflecting the steady growth of the bond market, which since 2009 has enabled companies to raise significant capital for further development. Today’s new listing confirms that the issuer plans to use the funds raised to scale up its operations, and it demonstrates the market’s potential for other companies with a similar profile and quality,” said Sławomir Panasiuk, Vice-President of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Corpus Iuris has been in business since 2004, when Kancelaria Corpus Iuris Sp. z o.o. was established to provide legal services supporting processes related to debt management. In 2009, the Corpus Iuris Fund commenced its investment activities by acquiring its first debt portfolios. In 2012, the company obtained authorisation from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) to manage securitised debt, which enabled it to further expand the scale of its operations. To date, the Fund has acquired 37 portfolios with a total purchase value exceeding PLN 179 million.

The Group’s twenty years of growth, based on the efforts of the entire team and the consistent support of the owners, have brought us to a natural point: the listing of our bonds on the Catalyst market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. We see this as an important step in the maturation of our organisation and the further streamlining of our financing structure. We anticipate that debt instruments will remain one of the elements supporting the Group’s development in the future. Two series of bonds with a total value of PLN 68 million, placed in the summer of 2025, were allocated to the repayment of existing debt and enabled new investments in debt portfolios,” said Piotr Olszewski, President of the Management Board of Corpus Iuris.

The Corpus Juris Group’s new listing is part of the steady growth of the Catalyst market, which since 2009 has provided a stable platform for trading in corporate and municipal bonds as well as covered bonds. Catalyst offers issuers transparent conditions for raising capital and broad access to institutional and retail investors.
