After 15 years on NewConnect, NWAI Dom Maklerski is embarking on a new chapter on the Warsaw trading floor by joining the group of companies listed on the Main Market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW). NWAI is the 404th company listed on the GPW Main Market and the tenth debutant on this market in 2026. It is also the fifth company this year to transfer from the alternative trading system to the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

NWAI Dom Maklerski shares were admitted to trading on the GPW Main Market without a public offering, through a transfer from the alternative trading system. The reference price for the first trading day was set at the closing price on the NewConnect market as of 29 July 2026. The company’s market value exceeds PLN 54 million, while the free float stands at 29.21%. Dom Maklerski Banku Ochrony Środowiska S.A. acted as the investment firm in connection with the admission to trading.

Brokerage houses play an important role in the development of the capital market; they support companies in raising financing and connect issuers with investors. NWAI Dom Maklerski’s transfer from NewConnect to the GPW Main Market after fifteen years is the result of a consistently implemented growth strategy and marks another stage of the company’s presence on the Warsaw trading floor. At the same time, today’s debut is further confirmation that NewConnect effectively supports growing companies and prepares them for operating on the regulated market,” said Sławomir Panasiuk, Vice President of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

NWAI Dom Maklerski’s history on the Warsaw Stock Exchange began on 25 March 2011 with its debut on the NewConnect market. Today, after more than 15 years, the company is taking another significant step by transferring its listing to the GPW Main Market. This move is a natural consequence of its growth, accumulated experience, and the strengthening of its position among market participants. Admission to the regulated market opens up new opportunities for the company and marks another chapter in its stock exchange history.

“For us, being listed on the Main Market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange is above all a seal of quality, validation of the company’s valuation, and proof that the development path we chose twenty years ago was the right one,” said Mateusz Walczak, President of the Management Board of NWAI Dom Maklerski.

NWAI Dom Maklerski specializes in providing capital markets services, supporting companies in raising financing through securities issuances. The company operates in the areas of investment banking, brokerage services, proprietary investments, and asset custody. As part of its investment banking activities, it organizes financial instrument issuances, while its brokerage services are primarily directed at domestic and international institutional investors.

“For a member of the management board of a brokerage house responsible for finance, risk, and internal control systems, a debut on the Main Market is both a source of pride and a tremendous operational achievement. The Main Market represents not only prestige but, above all, a confirmation of quality. It demonstrates that NWAI is an organization that has achieved operational, organizational, and managerial maturity,” emphasized Magdalena Graca, Member of the Management Board of NWAI Dom Maklerski.

The GPW Main Market is the most important segment of the Polish capital market, intended for the largest and most mature companies. It hosts issuers that meet high standards of transparency, disclosure obligations, and corporate governance. A listing on this market provides issuers with access to a broad base of domestic and international investors, transparent market valuation, and opportunities to raise capital to support further business growth.
