Data will be processed for the purposes of organising the Event in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 (GDPR). The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract concerning participation in the Event (Article 6 1b GDPR) and for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller (Article 6 1f GDPR): distribution of marketing information. Disclosure of the data is a condition of participation in the Event, failure to disclose the data will prevent participation in the Event. Data recipients may include Event Organisers: GPW SA, mBank SA and Beta Securities Poland SA and data processors hired by GPW, including providers of maintenance services for IT systems used for the aforementioned purposes of the processing. Data will be stored for a period of time necessary to complete the Event and in the case that consent is given for the electronic distribution of marketing information, until such consent is withdrawn. Everyone has the right to access their personal data, the right to rectification and erasure of data, the right to restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to portability of data and the right to lodge a complaint concerning the processing with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. Everyone has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Everyone has the right to object to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller and to object to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of distribution of marketing information.
