The Best Practice is accompanied by the Guidelines concerning the application of the principles of the Best Practice for GPW Listed Companies 2021. The Guidelines are drafted and updated by the Corporate Governance Committee on the basis of questions raised and emerging practical considerations. The Q&A Guidelines are designed to clarify the intentions behind the principles of the Best Practice and to introduce issuers and investors to the conditions necessary to acknowledge compliance with the principles.
