The group is engaged in oil and natural gas exploration, appraisal and development activities in Tunisia and Romania. In Romania, it holds the Satu Mare concession covering an area of 2,950 sq m, which includes the Moftinu gas field in production since 2019. In Tunisia, it operates within two concession areas. The largest Tunisian asset is the Sabria oil field, with estimated original resources of 445 million barrels of oil equivalent. The group is implementing a mechanical field exploitation program to increase production. The Chouech Es Saida concession area in southern Tunisia contains a productive oil field currently exploited through four wells.
