Develia is one of the largest residential developers in Poland. The company carries out investments for all groups of buyers in Warsaw, Krakow, Tri-City, Katowice, Poznan and Wroclaw.In the first quarter of 2024, Develia Group sold 1,038 apartments and commercial units, which represents a 95% increase compared to the same period last year. 598 apartments and units were delivered to customers, 36% more than a year earlier. At the end of the quarter, the offer included 3,414 apartments and commercial units. 5,927 units were under construction, and the land bank contained potential for over 9,200 future units.The Group conducts development activities in major Polish cities, focusing on the residential market. The Management Board indicates that future results will be influenced by factors such as the macroeconomic situation (including the availability of mortgage loans), plans for further land purchases, and rising construction costs.
