Rada Dyrektorów Allegro.eu. _"Spółka"_ informuje o następujących zmianach w składzie zarządu Allegro sp. z o.o. - spółki pośrednio zależnej od Spółki:

_i_ pan David Roberts zrezygnował z dniem dzisiejszym z funkcji członka zarządu. Pan Roberts pozostanie zatrudniony w Grupie na stanowisku CTPO - Chief Technology and Product Officer;

_ii_ pan Tom Ruhan został powołany na stanowisko członka zarządu, ze skutkiem od dnia 2 kwietnia 2024 r.

Tom Ruhan dołączył do Allegro w roku 2018 jako Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Affairs Director spółki Allegro sp. z o.o. oraz General Counsel Spółki.

Przed dołączeniem do Allegro, Tom Ruhan pracował przez 12 lat jako Of Counsel w polskiej kancelarii prawnej Wardyński i Wspólnicy, przez 11 lat jako członek zarządu notowanej na GPW spółki telekomunikacyjnej Netia SA oraz po 1,5 roku w spółkach publicznych Apator SA oraz Magna Polonia SA. Tom Ruhan przez blisko 8 lat był przewodniczącym Europejskiego Stowarzyszenia na rzecz Konkurencji w Telekomunikacji z siedzibą w Brukseli i przez 12 lat wiceprzewodniczącym SOT KIGEIT w Warszawie. Tom Ruhan jest absolwentem Wydziału Prawa Uniwersytetu Warwick.

Pan Tom Ruhan jest prezesem zarządu Allegro Foundation i członkiem zarządu Fundacji Dorastaj z nami.

z o.o.





Legal basis: Article 17 of MAR - inside information








The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu _the _quot;Company"_ hereby reports the
following changes in the composition of the Management Board of Allegro
sp z o.o., a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of the Company.





_1_ Mr. David Roberts resigned from the position of member of the
Management Board with effect from the date hereof. Mr Roberts will
remain employed by the Group in the position of Chief Technology and
Product Officer _CTPO_;





_2_ Mr. Tom Ruhan was appointed as a member of the Management Board with
effect as of 2nd April 2024.





Tom Ruhan joined Allegro in 2018, he is the Chief Legal Officer and
Corporate Affairs Director of Allegro sp. z o.o. and the General Counsel
of the Company.





Prior to Allegro, Tom Ruhan worked as Of Counsel for 12 years at the
Polish law firm Wardynski _amp; Partners, 11 years as Management Board
member at the WSE-listed telecommunications company Netia SA, and 1.5
years at each of WSE-listed Apator SA and Magna Polonia SA. Tom Ruhan
has been for nearly 8 years the Chair of the Brussels-based European
Competitive Telecommunications Associations and 12 years of deputy chair
of SOT KIGEIT in Warsaw. Tom Ruhan is a graduate of the Warwick
University Law School.





He is also President of the Management Board of Allegro Foundation, and
is a member of the Board of the Dorastaj z nami Foundation.
