Resolution No. 879/2018
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 24 August 2018

concerning the introduction to exchange trading in the WSE Main List
of series B, D and E bearer ordinary shares of the company T-BULL S.A.

§ 1

Pursuant to § 36, § 37, § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the WSE Rules and § 2.1 of Division 4 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP, the WSE Management Board resolves as follows:

1) to introduce as of 29 August 2018 to exchange trading in the main market the following bearer ordinary shares of the company T-BULL S.A. a par value PLN 0.10 each:

a)    448.000 series B shares, coded as “PLTBULL00024” by the National Depository for Securities,
b)    22.100 series D shares, provided that they are registered and coded as “PLTBULL00024” by the National Depository for Securities on 29 August 2018,
c)    90.000 series E shares, provided that they are registered and coded as “PLTBULL00024” by the National Depository for Securities on 29 August 2018;

2) to list the shares of the company T-BULL S.A., mentioned in point 1), in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name „TBULL” and the code „TBL”.

§ 2

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
