Resolution No. 880/2018
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 24 August 2018

concerning the introduction to exchange trading on the WSE Main List
of rights to series F bearer ordinary shares of the company T-BULL S.A.

§ 1

Pursuant to § 36, § 37, § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the WSE Rules and § 2.1 of Division 4 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP, the WSE Management Board resolves as follows:

1)    to introduce as of 29 August 2018 to exchange trading on the main market 37,889 rights to series F bearer ordinary shares of the company T-BULL S.A. a par value PLN 0,10 each, coded as “PLTBULL00040” by the National Depository for Securities;

2)    to list the rights to bearer ordinary shares of the company T-BULL S.A., mentioned in point 1), in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name „TBULL-PDA” and the code „TBLA”.

§ 2

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
