Resolution No. 913/2018
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 5 September 2018

concerning the exclusion from exchange trading
on the GPW Main List of the shares of the company PCC INTERMODAL S.A.

§ 1

Pursuant to § 31.2.3) of the Exchange Rules and Article 91.2 and 91.10 of the Act on Public Offering (…) dated 29 July 2005, in connection with the authorisation by Polish Financial Supervision Authority of restoration of the certificated form of the shares in PCC INTERMODAL S.A. (waiving of share dematerialisation), the Exchange Management Board resolves to exclude from exchange trading the shares of the company PCC INTERMODAL S.A., coded as “PLPCCIM00014” - as of 11 September 2018.

§ 2

This Resolution shall come into force on the date of adoption.
