The Group's main activities include scrap metal collection, processing of steel scrap into steel billets and production of finished steel products. The Group produces steel for both the construction and automotive industries, which allows it to somewhat balance the economic cycles in these sectors. Key operating segments are HSJ (production at the Stalowa Wola plant), Ferrostal (production at the Gliwice plant), Złomrex Metal (scrap collection and processing), OMS (production of non-ferrous metal products) and JAP (production of graphite electrodes and ferroalloys). The Group also conducts activities in transport services, real estate development, marketing and sports through its subsidiaries.
