Resolution No. 450/2020
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 18 June 2020

concerning the introduction to exchange trading on the GPW Main List
of series E shares of the company MBANK S.A.

§ 1

Pursuant to Resolution No. 38/58/92 of the Exchange Supervisory Board dated 14 September 1992 and § 36, § 37, § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the Exchange Rules, the Exchange Management Board resolves to introduce as of 26 June 2020  to exchange trading on the main market 1.000 series E shares of the company MBANK S.A. a par value PLN 4, coded as “PLBRE0000020” by the National Depository for Securities, conditional on the conversion of those shares into bearer ordinary shares and their assimilation by the National Depository for Securities on 26 June 2020 with the shares of the company listed on the exchange, coded by National Depository for Securities as “PLBRE0000012”.

§ 2

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
