The Warsaw Stock Exchange is correcting its communiqué of February 17, 2026, regarding the change of the company name from CCC S.A. to MODIVO S.A., with respect to the designation under which the company's shares will be listed. The full, correct text of the communiqué is as follows:
The Warsaw Stock Exchange hereby announces, that due to the business name change of CCC S.A. (PLCCC0000016) to MODIVO S.A., as of 19 February 2026 the shares of the company will be quoted under the abbreviated name „MODIVO” and designation „MDV”.
