of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board

The Warsaw Stock Exchange, in accordance with § 131a Section IV of the WSE Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP system, hereby announces, in connection with proposal of KOMPUTRONIK S.A and current report no. 37/2015 of November 25th, 2015 on planned change of dividend record day (shift a later date), actions described in Section 4, Chapter 23, Division IV of the WSE Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP system will not be executed.
In view of the above the WSE will not convert parameters of the indexes WIG and WIG-Poland, where the participant is KOMPUTRONIK S.A.
