GPW will process the data for the purposes of the provision of the service under the order and the financial clearing of the order.
The processing is necessary to provide the service under the order and to meet the legal obligations of the Controller under the applicable law: Article 106e(1) of the VAT Act.
GPW may process data for the purposes of electronic distribution of commercial information concerning GPW’s information services if such consent is granted. The consent may be withdrawn at any time.
Data recipients may include personal data processors hired by GPW, including providers of advisory and consulting services and entities responsible for the maintenance of IT systems used for the aforementioned purposes of data processing.
The provision of the data is a precondition of the provision of the service under the order, which cannot be provided in the absence of such data.
Data will be stored for a period of time required under the applicable laws (e.g., accounting laws) and until the expiry of claims, if any. After the provision of the service, GPW may only process the data for the purposes and to the extent necessary to clear the service and raise claims in respect of payment for the service and for the purposes of clarification of the circumstances of any unauthorized use of the service.
Every person has the right to access their personal data, the right of rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to object to the processing, the right to transfer the data and the right to lodge a complaint about the processing with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Every person has the right to object to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of legitimate interests of the controller and the right to withdraw their consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
