WSE IPO Partner to SMEs
Eligible for participation in the WSE IPO Partner to SMEs Programme are investment, legal, audit, and financial advisory companies which participated in the preparation of at least two initial public offerings of shares of companies admitted to trading on the GPW Main Market with a value up to PLN 100,000,000 each within the two years preceding the submission of the application provided that the total cost of each offering was not higher than 5% of the equity raised by the issuers.
If an entity applying for participation in the WSE IPO Partner to SMEs Programme participated in the preparation of more than two initial public offerings of shares of companies admitted to trading on the GPW Main Market within the two years preceding the submission of the application, it is eligible for participation in the Programme irrespective of the cost of the offerings.
