The Warsaw Stock Exchange (“GPW”, “Company”) informs that the Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) of the GPW on 5 February 2024 dismissed the following members of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Supervisory Board from its composition:
- Mr Dominik Kaczmarski,
- Ms Izabela Flakiewicz,
- Mr Janusz Krawczyk,
- Mr Adam Szyszka,
- Ms Eva Sudol.
Additionally the EGM appointed appointed the following persons to the Exchange Supervisory Board:
- Mr Paweł Homiński,
- Mr Jerzy Kalinowski,
- Mr Piotr Prażmo,
- Ms Małgorzata Rusewicz,
- Ms Iwona Sroka,
- Ms Katarzyna Szwarc.
The Company provides the biographical note of newly appointed Supervisory Board members as the attachment.
According to the statements provided by: Mr Paweł Homiński, Mr Jerzy Kalinowski, Mr Piotr Prażmo, Ms Małgorzata Rusewicz, Ms Iwona Sroka and Ms Katarzyna Szwarc, they do not perform in any form any activities competitive to the GPW, they are not engaged in a competitive companies as partners in a partnership or civil law partnership or members of authorities of a joint stock company, and they are not engaged in any other competitive legal entity as members of its authority. Furthermore, according to the statements of the newly appointed members of the Exchange Supervisory Board, they do not have records in the Register of Insolvent Debtors operating under the Act on the National Court Register.
Legal basis: § 5 (4) and (5) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent.
