The Warsaw Stock Exchange (“GPW”, “Company”) informs that the Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) of the GPW on 10 September 2026 appointed Mr. Jakub Karnowski to the Supervisory Board of the Exchange.
The resolution regarding the appointment became effective upon its adoption.
According to the representations made by Mr Jakub Karnowski, he does not conduct any activity competitive to that of the WSE in any form, nor does he participate in a competing entity as a partner in a civil law partnership or partnership, or as a member of a governing body of a capital company. Furthermore, he does not participate in any other competing legal entity as a member of its governing body. Moreover, according to the representations made by the newly appointed Member of the Exchange Supervisory Board, he is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act.

Legal basis: § 5 (6) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent.
