Subject: Estimated financial and operational data of the Energa Group
for H1 and Q2 2024
Legal basis: Article 17 _1_ of MAR - inside information
The Management Board of Energa SA hereby reports estimated selected
financial and operational data of the Energa Group _"Group"_ for the
first half of 2024 and for the second quarter of 2024.
Selected data for H1 2024:
Revenues of the Group: 11,606 PLN million _vs. PLN 13,434 million in H1
2023_.
EBITDA of the Group: 2,109 PLN million _vs. PLN 2,607 million in H1
2023_.
Operating result _EBIT_ of the Group: 1,490 PLN million _vs. PLN 2,022
million in H1 2023_.
Net result of the Group: PLN 833 million _vs. PLN 1,424 million in H1
2023_.
CAPEX of the Group: PLN 1,916 million _vs. PLN 1,731 million in H1 2023_.
Distribution of electricity: 11,476 GWh _vs. 11,264 GWh in H1 2023_.
Gross production of electricity: 1,456 GWh _vs. 1,740 GWh in H1 2023_.
Retail sales of electricity: 8,421 GWh _vs. 8,582 GWh in H1 2023_.
In H1 2024, the Energa Group generated PLN 2,109 million in EBITDA
_operating profit before amortization and impairment of non-financial
non-current assets_. This result was mainly influenced by the results of
the Distribution Business Line in the amount of PLN 1,605 million. In
the Generation Business Line, the EBITDA result amounted to PLN 253
million, while the Sales Business Line generated the EBITDA of PLN 250
million.

Revenues of the Group: PLN 5,352 million _vs. PLN 6,011 million in Q2
2023_.
EBITDA of the Group: PLN 1,028 million _vs. PLN 276 million in Q2 2023_.
Operating result _EBIT_ of the Group: PLN 716 million _vs. PLN -19
million in Q2 2023_.
Net result of the Group: PLN 402 million _vs. PLN -147 million in Q2
2023_.
CAPEX of the Group: PLN 1,157 million _vs. PLN 1,018 million in Q2 2023_.
Distribution of electricity: 5,371 GWh _vs. 5,436 GWh in Q2 2023_.
Gross production of electricity: 586 GWh _vs. 731 GWh in Q2 2023_.
Retail sales of electricity: 3,816 GWh _vs. 3,999 GWh in Q2 2023_.
In Q2 2024, the Energa Group's EBITDA amounted to 1,028, of which the
Distribution Business Line generated PLN 656 million, the Generation
Business Line PLN 70 million and the Sales Business Line PLN 279 million.
The data presented are estimates and are subject to review by the
auditor, therefore they may change. The final financial and operational
data of the Energa Group for H1 2024 and for Q2 2024 for will be
presented in the consolidated financial statements of Energa Group for
H1 2024.
