Subject: Estimated financial and operational data of the Energa Group
for Q4 2024 and for 2024

The Management Board of Energa SA hereby reports estimated selected
financial and operational data of the Energa Group _"Group"_ for the
fourth quarter of 2024 and for 2024.
Estimated selected data for Q4 2024:
Revenues of the Group: PLN 5,923 million _vs. PLN 6,598 million in Q4
2023_,
EBITDA of the Group: PLN 600 million _vs. PLN -473 million in Q4 2023_,
Operating result _EBIT_ of the Group: PLN 253 million _vs. PLN -792
million in Q4 2023_,
Net profit of the Group: PLN 48 million _vs. PLN -1,013 million in Q4
2023_,
CAPEX of the Group: PLN 2,005 million _vs. PLN 1,519 million in Q4 2023_,
Distribution of electricity: 5,810 GWh _vs. 5,801 GWh in Q4 2023_,
Gross production of electricity: 692 GWh _vs. 971 GWh in Q4 2023_,
Retail sales of electricity: 4 382 GWh _vs. 4,571 GWh in Q4 2023_.
In Q4 2024, the Energa Group generated PLN 600 million in EBITDA
_operating profit before amortization and impairment of non-financial
non-current assets_. This result was mainly influenced by the results of
the Distribution Business Line in the amount of PLN 548 million. In the
Generation Business Line, the EBITDA result amounted to PLN 193 million,
while the Sales Business Line generated the EBITDA loss of PLN -73
million.

Operating result _EBIT_ of the Group: PLN 2,096 million _vs. PLN 1,692
million in 2023_,
Net profit of the Group: PLN 959 million _vs. PLN 606 million in 2023_,
Capital expenditures: PLN 5,062 million _vs. PLN 4,448 million in 2023_,
Distribution of electricity: 22,702 GWh _vs. 22,411 GWh in 2023_,
Gross production of electricity: 2,698 GWh _vs. 3,449 GWh in 2023_,
Retail sales of electricity: 16,726 GWh _vs. 17,117 GWh in 2023_.
In 2024, the Energa Group's EBITDA amounted to PLN 3,379 million, of
which the Distribution Business Line generated PLN 2,840 million, the
Generation Business Line PLN 520 million and the Sales Business Line PLN
103 million.
The data presented are estimates and are subject to review by the
auditor, therefore they may change. The final financial and operational
data of the Energa Group for Q4 2024 and for 2024 will be presented in
the consolidated financial statements of the Energa Group for 2024.
