Subject: Estimated financial and operational data of the Energa Group
for H1 and Q2 2025
Legal basis: Article 17 _1_ of MAR - inside information
The Management Board of Energa SA hereby reports estimated selected
financial and operational data of the Energa Group _"Group"_ for the
first half of 2025 and for the second quarter of 2025.
Selected data for H1 2025:
Revenues of the Group: PLN 10,908 million _vs. PLN 11,606 million in H1
2024_,
EBITDA of the Group: PLN 2,174 million _vs. PLN 2,125 million in H1
2024_,
Operating result _EBIT_ of the Group: PLN 1,464 million _vs. PLN 1,506
million in H1 2024_,
Net result of the Group: PLN 843 million _vs. PLN 833 million in H1
2024_,
CAPEX of the Group: PLN 1,944 million _vs. PLN 1,916 million in H1 2024_,
Distribution of electricity: 11 647 GWh _vs. 11,476 GWh in H1 2024_,
Gross production of electricity: 1,634 GWh _vs. 1,456 GWh in H1 2024_,
Retail sales of electricity: 8,544 GWh _vs. 8,421 GWh in H1 2024_.
In H1 2025, the Energa Group generated PLN 2,174 million in EBITDA
_operating profit before amortization and impairment of non-financial
non-current assets_. This result was mainly influenced by the results of
the Distribution Business Line in the amount of PLN 1,635 million.

CAPEX of the Group: PLN 1,198 million _vs. PLN 1,157 million in Q2 2024_,
Distribution of electricity: 5,489 GWh _vs. 5,371 GWh in Q2 2024_,
Gross production of electricity: 768 GWh _vs. 586 GWh in Q2 2024_,
Retail sales of electricity: 3,890 GWh _vs. 3,816 GWh in Q2 2024_.
In Q2 2025, the Energa Group's EBITDA amounted to 1,010, of which the
largest amount _PLN 670 million_ was generated by the Distribution
Business Line.
The data presented are estimates and are subject to review by the
auditor, therefore they may change. The final financial and operational
data of the Energa Group for H1 2025 and for Q2 2025 will be presented
in the consolidated financial statements of Energa Group for H1 2025.
