Preliminary Estimated Selected Financial Data of Selvita S.A. Capital
Group for 2025 and Backlog for 2026
The Management Board of Selvita S.A., with its registered office in
Kraków _"Selvita", "Company"_, hereby discloses to the public the
preliminary estimated financial results regarding the level of revenues
for the entire year 2025 and for Q4 2025, as well as the level of
contracted services _the "backlog"_ for 2026 as of January 29, 2026,
together with comparative data.
The Management Board estimates that, as of the date of publication of
this report, the consolidated revenues from operating activities _i.e.,
net sales revenues, grant revenues, and other operating income_ for the
full year 2025 will be in the range of PLN 370-372 million, compared to
PLN 346.3 million in 2024 _an increase of 6.8-7.4% year-on-year_ and PLN
351.9 million in 2023 _an increase of 5.1-5.7%_.
In Q4 2025 alone, consolidated revenues from operating activities will
be in the range of PLN 94-96 million, compared to PLN 98.4 million in Q4
2024 _a decrease of 2.4-4.5% year-on-year_ and PLN 86.8 million in Q4
2023 _an increase of 8.4-10.7%_.
The consolidated level of contracted services _backlog_ for 2026,
including the orders reported in the Current Report No. 2/2026 of
January 29, 2026, amounts to PLN 164.5 million, compared to PLN 173.4
million in the corresponding period of 2024 _a decrease of 5.1%; vs.
data as of January 27, 2025_ and PLN 141.4 million in the corresponding
period of 2023 _an increase of 16.4%; vs. data as of January 29, 2024_.
Data on contracted services broken down by segments, as well as on
grants, are presented in the appendix to this current report.
The Company informs that the presented figures are estimates, and their
calculation has been performed based on the current knowledge of the
Selvita Management Board. The presented financial data may differ from
the final financial results of Selvita S.A. Capital Group for Q4 2025
and for the full year 2025.
