W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 3/2026 z dnia 29 stycznia 2026 r., Rada Dyrektorów Allegro.eu _"Spółka", "Allegro.eu"_ niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 4 lutego 2026 r. powzięła wiadomość o wydaniu przez Sąd Okręgowy w Warszawie postanowienia o wstrzymaniu wykonania postanowienia o udzieleniu zabezpieczenia z dnia 26 stycznia 2026 r. _"Postanowienie"_ do czasu rozpatrzenia przez Sąd zażalenia wniesionego przez Allegro sp. z o.o. _"Allegro PL"_ w dniu 2 lutego 2026 r.

Wstrzymanie wykonania oznacza, że Allegro PL nie jest zobowiązana do wprowadzania zmian w procesie zakupowym opisanych w raporcie bieżącym nr 3/2026 do czasu rozstrzygnięcia sprawy przez Sąd wyższej instancji _Sąd Apelacyjny_.

Ponadto, obowiązki, zakazy oraz sumy pieniężne grożące za ich naruszenie, nałożone Postanowieniem pozostają nieaktywne do czasu rozstrzygnięcia wspomnianego zażalenia.

Allegro.eu podtrzymuje stanowisko, że Postanowienie jest całkowicie bezpodstawne. Spółka będzie kontynuować działania prawne zmierzające do jego prawomocnego uchylenia. Spółka podkreśla, że niezależnie od wyniku postępowania odwoławczego zabezpieczenie upadnie w całości także w przypadku niewniesienia pozwu w wymaganym terminie przez Fundację Forum Konsumentów.

Allegro.eu będzie informować o kolejnych istotnych etapach postępowania w drodze odrębnych raportów bieżących.

Subject: Suspension of the enforcement of the preliminary injunction
order in favor of the Forum Konsumentów Foundation


Legal Basis: Art. 17 MAR - inside information








Further to current report No. 3/2026 dated January 29, 2026, the Board
of Directors of Allegro.eu _the "Company", "Allegro.eu"_ hereby informs
that on 4 February 2026, it learned that the District Court in Warsaw
has issued an order suspending the enforcement of the preliminary
injunction dated January 26, 2026 _the "Order"_ until the resolution of
the appeal, which was filed by Allegro sp. z o.o. _"Allegro PL"_ on 2
February 2026.





The suspension of enforcement means that Allegro PL is not required to
implement the changes to the purchasing process described in current
report No. 3/2026 until the matter is decided by the higher court _the
Court of Appeal_.





Moreover, the obligations, prohibitions and financial penalties for
violating the obligations imposed by the Order remain inactive until
such time as the aforementioned appeal is resolved.





Allegro.eu maintains its position that the Order is entirely groundless.
The Company will continue its legal efforts to have the Order formally
overturned in its entirety. The Company also reminds that regardless of
the result of the appeal the preliminary injunction will also fully
lapse if the Forum Konsumentów Foundation fails to file a lawsuit within
the required deadline.





Allegro.eu will provide updates on further significant stages of the
proceedings through separate current reports.
