    HU0000089198_ in an OTC transaction today _2026. 02. 05._ at a price of HUF 243.9974 per
    share. The thresholds to be exceeded in the transaction according to Section 61 of the
    Hungarian Securities Trading Act are: 20%, 15%, 10%, 5%. Pre-transaction quantity:
    2,247,200 ENEFI common shares, post-transaction quantity: 147,200 ENEFI common shares.
