Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. _dalej jako: "Spółka", "Emitent"_, w nawiązaniu do raportu nr 36/2025 z dnia 15 grudnia 2025 roku, niniejszym informuje o zawarciu w dniu 17 lutego 2026 roku, umowy z Carbon Studio S.A. z siedzibą w Chorzowie _dalej jako "Deweloper"_. Na podstawie ww. umowy Deweloper wyprodukuje grę "Real Boxing VR: Road to Riyadh". Produkcja zostanie sfinansowana przez Spółkę, jej łączne koszty wyniosą 1 800 000 zł netto, przy czym płatność na rzecz Dewelopera nastąpi w pięciu ratach.

Gra zostanie wydana wspólnie przez Spółkę i Dewelopera. Zgodnie z harmonogramem prac, tytuł trafi do dystrybucji w kanałach dedykowanych grom na VR w I połowie 2027 roku. Przygotowanie i dystrybucja gry "Real Boxing VR: Road to Riyadh" są istotne z punktu widzenia realizowanej strategii oraz mogą wpłynąć na wysokość przychodów Spółki w roku 2027 i późniejszych latach.

The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. _hereinafter referred to as:
"the Company," "Issuer"_, with reference to report No. 36/2025 of
December 15, 2025, hereby announces that on February 17, 2026, it
entered into an agreement with Carbon Studio S.A. with its registered
office in Chorzów _hereinafter referred to as the "Developer"_. Under
the above-mentioned agreement, the Developer will produce the game "Real
Boxing VR: Road to Riyadh." The production will be financed by the
Company, its total costs will amount to PLN 1,800,000 net, with payment
to the Developer to be made in five installments.


The game will be released jointly by the Company and the Developer.
According to the work schedule, the title will be distributed through
channels dedicated to VR games in the first half of 2027. The
preparation and distribution of the game "Real Boxing VR: Road to
Riyadh" are important from the point of view of the implemented strategy
and may affect the Company's revenues in 2027 and subsequent years.
