Zarząd Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie _"Spółka"_ informuje, iż w dniu 11 marca 2026 r. Spółka zawarła z Narodowym Centrum Badań i Rozwoju _"NCBR"_ umowę o dofinansowanie _"Umowa"_ projektu Spółki pod nazwą "PERO - Predictive Engineering for Rational Oncology: funkcjonalne mapowanie celów terapeutycznych w onkologii" _"Projekt"_. Umowa została zawarta w wyniku konkursu Narodowe Centrum Badań i Rozwoju dla przedsiębiorców na rozwój technologii krytycznych oraz technologii mających na celu ochronę i wzmacnianie odpowiednich łańcuchów wartości technologii krytycznych w sektorze biotechnologii w ramach Programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Nowoczesnej Gospodarki _FENG_, Priorytet 5. Wsparcie projektów realizujących cele inicjatywy STEP, nabór FENG.05.01-IP.01-001/25 - Ścieżka A: Projekty realizowane w sektorze biotechnologie. O rekomendowaniu Projektu do dofinansowania Spółka informowała w raporcie bieżącym 2/2026 z dnia 22 stycznia 2026 r.

Celem projektu PERO jest stworzenie innowacyjnej platformy technologicznej do funkcjonalnej walidacji strukturalnych kieszeni białkowych potencjalnych celów terapeutycznych w onkologii. Projekt odpowiada na istotną lukę technologiczną w procesie odkrywania nowych leków, umożliwiając pogłębioną i niedostępną obecnie na takim poziomie szczegółowości funkcjonalną walidację w oparciu o dane genomowe, strukturalne i farmakologiczne celów terapeutycznych.

- całkowita wartość Projektu netto wynosi: 32 350 211,50 zł;
- rekomendowana wartość dofinansowania: 19 956 904,12 zł;
- planowany okres realizacji Projektu: 51 miesięcy.

Przyznane w związku z zawarciem Umowy dofinansowanie ograniczy wykorzystanie środków własnych Spółki.

Conclusion of a grant agreement with the National Centre for Research
and Development





The Management Board of Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. with its registered
office in Krakow, Poland _the "Company"_ hereby announces that on March
11th, 2026, the Company has concluded a grant agreement _the
"Agreement"_ with the National Centre for Research and Development _in
Polish: Narodowe Centrum Badań i Rozwoju, "NCBR"_ for the co-financing
of the Company's project entitled: "PERO - Predictive Engineering for
Rational Oncology: functional mapping of therapeutic targets in
oncology" _"Project"_. The Agreement was concluded as a result of a call
for proposals organised by the National Centre for Research and
Development for entrepreneurs aimed at the development of critical
technologies and technologies intended to protect and strengthen
relevant critical technology value chains in the biotechnology sector
under the European Funds for a Modern Economy Programme _FENG_, Priority
5: Support for projects contributing to the objectives of the STEP
initiative, FENG.05.01-IP.01-001/25 call - Track A: Projects implemented
in the biotechnology sector. The Company had previously informed about
the recommendation of the Project for co-financing in Current Report No.
2/2026 dated January 22nd, 2026.





The objective of PERO is to establish an innovative technological
platform for the functional validation of structural protein pockets of
potential therapeutic targets in oncology. The project addresses a
significant technological gap by enabling an in-depth, currently
unavailable level of functional target validation based on integrated
genomic, structural, and pharmacological data.


- the total net value of the Project is: PLN 32,350,211.50;


- recommended amount of the funding: PLN 19,956,904.12;


- the planned duration of the Project: 51 months.





The funding granted under the Agreement will reduce the use of the
Company's own funds.
