Mając na uwadze zapewnienie przejrzystej i efektywnej polityki informacyjnej, Zarząd Ten Square Games S.A. _"Spółka"_ informuje o podjęciu decyzji o zmianie planowanego terminu globalnej premiery gry Medal Hunter i przesunięciu jej na późniejszy termin w 2026 roku. Informacja o pierwotnie zakładanym terminie premiery _przełom maja i czerwca 2026 r._ została przekazana w raporcie finansowym Spółki za pierwszy kwartał 2026 roku, opublikowanym 11 maja 2026 roku.
Decyzja Zarządu została podjęta w oparciu o analizę danych z pierwszych dwóch tygodni po udostępnieniu gry Medal Hunter w fazie soft launch na ośmiu rynkach, co miało miejsce w dniu 8 maja 2026 roku. W ocenie Zarządu parametry gry analizowane na obecnym etapie jej rozwoju są lepsze od założeń przyjętych przy planowaniu pierwotnego harmonogramu premiery i uzasadniają zmianę zakresu prac przed globalną premierą gry.
W związku z powyższym, Zarząd zdecydował o przeznaczeniu dodatkowego czasu na dalszy rozwój gry Medal Hunter, tak aby w momencie globalnej premiery gra obejmowała szerszy zakres treści i funkcjonalności oraz oferowała większą głębię rozgrywki niż zakładano w pierwotnym planie. W celu realizacji powyższych założeń, Zarząd podjął decyzję o zwiększeniu liczebności zespołu gry Medal Hunter. Dołączyły do niego osoby pracujące dotychczas nad prototypem Hunter's Lodge. Decyzja ta wiąże się ze wstrzymaniem dalszych prac nad prototypem Hunter's Lodge, który nie osiągnął parametrów uzasadniających dalsze inwestycje w ten projekt. Koszty poniesione na przygotowanie prototypu Hunter's Lodge do testów rynkowych wyniosły ok. 0,8 mln PLN i nie mają istotnego znaczenia dla sytuacji finansowej Spółki i Grupy.
Przeniesienie kompetencji do projektu Medal Hunter ma na celu wzmocnienie prac nad tytułem, w szczególności w zakresie tempa wzbogacenia gry o dodatkowe treści oraz umożliwia szybkie i operacyjnie efektywne włączenie tych osób w realizację rozszerzonego zakresu prac przed globalną premierą.
Dodatkowo, Zarząd podjął również decyzję o bardziej kompleksowym przygotowaniu globalnej premiery, w szczególności w obszarze działań marketingowych. Szerszy zakres przygotowań do premiery jest związany m.in. ze specyfiką segmentu rynku, do którego adresowany jest Medal Hunter, odmiennego od segmentów, w których Spółka koncentrowała dotychczas swoją działalność.
Spółka zdecydowała o przekazaniu niniejszej informacji do publicznej wiadomości, ponieważ dotyczy ona zmiany wcześniej zakomunikowanego harmonogramu oraz podejścia biznesowego do globalnej premiery gry Medal Hunter. Zmiana ta obejmuje przesunięcie planowanego terminu globalnej premiery gry na późniejszy termin w 2026 roku, rozszerzenie zakresu prac nad grą przed jej premierą oraz przygotowanie działań marketingowych dostosowanych do specyfiki segmentu rynku, który stanowi nowy obszar działalności dla Grupy. Jednocześnie Spółka wskazuje, że dane uzyskane w pierwszych dwóch tygodniach fazy soft launch mają charakter wstępny i nie przesądzają o przyszłych wynikach gry po jej globalnej premierze, jednak stanowiły jedną z przesłanek decyzji Zarządu o zmianie harmonogramu i zakresu przygotowań do premiery.

Change in the date and scope of preparations for the global launch of
Medal HunterWith a view to ensuring a transparent and effective
disclosure policy, the Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. _the
"Company"_ announces that it has decided to change the planned timing of
the global launch of Medal Hunter and postpone the launch to a later
date in 2026. Information on the originally planned launch timing, i.e.
the turn of May and June 2026, was provided in the Company's financial
report for the first quarter of 2026, published on 11 May 2026.The
decision of the Management Board was made based on an analysis of data
from the first two weeks following the release of Medal Hunter in soft
launch across eight markets, which took place on 8 May 2026. In the
opinion of the Management Board, the game's metrics analysed at its
current stage of development are better than the assumptions adopted
when planning the original launch schedule and justify a change in the
scope of work ahead of the game's global launch.In connection
with the above, the Management Board decided to allocate additional time
to the further development of Medal Hunter, so that at the time of its
global launch the game includes a broader range of content and
functionalities and offers greater gameplay depth than assumed in the
original plan. In order to implement the above assumptions, the
Management Board decided to increase the size of the Medal Hunter team.
The team has been joined by individuals who had previously worked on the
Hunter's Lodge prototype. This decision is connected with the suspension
of further work on the Hunter's Lodge prototype, which did not achieve
metrics justifying further investment in the project. The costs incurred
to prepare the Hunter's Lodge prototype for market testing amounted to
approximately PLN 0.8 million and are not material to the financial
position of the Company or the Group.The transfer of competences to
the Medal Hunter project is intended to strengthen work on the title, in
particular by accelerating the expansion of the game with additional
content, and enables these individuals to be quickly and operationally
effectively involved in the implementation of the expanded scope of work
ahead of the global launch.In addition, the Management Board decided
to prepare the global launch in a more comprehensive manner, in
particular in the area of marketing activities. The broader scope of
preparations for the launch is related, among other things, to the
specific characteristics of the market segment to which Medal Hunter is
addressed, which differs from the segments in which the Company has
previously focused its activities.The Company decided to disclose
this information to the public because it concerns a change in the
previously communicated schedule and business approach to the global
launch of Medal Hunter. This change includes postponing the planned
global launch of the game to a later date in 2026, expanding the scope
of work on the game prior to its launch, and preparing marketing
activities tailored to the specific characteristics of the market
segment, which represents a new area of activity for the Group.At
the same time, the Company notes that the data obtained during the first
two weeks of the soft launch phase is preliminary in nature and does not
determine the game's future performance following its global launch;
however, it was one of the factors underlying the Management Board's
decision to change the schedule and scope of preparations for the launch.
