Appointment of Management Board Members of Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. for a new term of office The Management Board of Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. with its registered office in Krakow, Poland _"Company", "Issuer"_ hereby informs that the Supervisory Board of the Company appointed, effective June 25th, 2026, the Management Board Members of the Company for a new 5-year term of oficce in the following composition: 1. Mr. Paweł Przewięźlikowski - President of the Management Board; 2. Mr. Krzysztof Brzózka - Vice-President of the Management Board; 3. Mr. Kamil Sitarz - Vice-President of the Management Board; 4. Mr. Hendrik Nogai - Member of the Management Board; 5. Ms. Justyna Żółtek - Member of the Management Board. Information on the appointed Management Board Members: Mr. Paweł Przewięźlikowski Mr. Przewiezlikowski is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Ryvu Therapeutics, responsible for strategic management, business and corporate development of the company. He is also the President of Supervisory Board at Ardigen and Member of the Supervisory Board at Selvita. Before founding multiple companies in the biotechnology sector _Ryvu, Ardigen, NodThera_, Mr. Przewiezlikowski was a member of the executive team at technology company Comarch, responsible for divisions involved in multiple industries including the pharmaceutical industry. He was also the co-founder, the first CEO and then the Vice President of the Supervisory Board of Interia.pl, the third largest Internet portal in Poland. Mr. Przewiezlikowski is a member of the Economic Council of the Malopolska _Krakow_ region. He was awarded Knight's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta for his contributions to the development of Poland's business environment, as well as, EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2015 award in the New Technologies/Innovation category in Poland. Mr. Przewiezlikowski holds an MBA from the joint program of the Teesside University _United Kingdom_ and Krakow School of Economics _Poland_ as well as master degree in computer science from AGH Technical University in Krakow. He also studied IT at the Technical University in Berlin. Mr. Paweł Przewięźlikowski, according to the statement submitted to the Company, is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register and does not conduct any activities competitive to Ryvu Therapeutics S.A., does not participate in a company competitive to Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. as a partner in a civil-law partnership, partnership or capital company, and does not participate in any other legal person competitive to Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. as a member of its governing body. Mr. Krzysztof Brzózka Krzysztof Brzozka, Ph.D., is the Chief Scientific Officer at Ryvu Therapeutics. He has joined Ryvu Theraputics in 2007 and has applied his interdisciplinary expertise ever since, in order to build a broad pipeline of small molecule oncology therapeutics and a high throughput discovery engine platform. Dr. Brzozka is responsible for the management of the early pipeline candidates, covering their full development until clinical phase. He is also responsible for bringing into the clinic two Ryvu first-in-class oncology programs: dual PIM/FLT3 inhibitor SEL24/MEN1703 and SEL120, CDK8 inhibitor. Dr. Brzozka is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Ardigen, a bioinformatics and precision medicine company, and contributed to the founding of NodThera, a biotechnology company focused on therapeutics related to inflammasome biology. Dr. Brzozka holds a Ph.D. degree from Ludwig Maximilian University. He also earned an MBA from the Stockholm University School of Business and the Krakow University of Economics Business School. Dr. Brzozka contributed to over 70 scientific publications and presentations in areas of oncology, immunology, intracellular signaling and medicinal chemistry. His publications were cited nearly 3500 times and published in such journals as Science, Blood, Molecular Cell or Oncotarget. Mr. Kamil Sitarz Mr. Kamil Sitarz, Ph.D., MBA is the Chief Operating Officer and Member of the Management Board of Ryvu Therapeutics. He holds executive responsibility for Ryvu's clinical operations, program management, CMC, and quality, as well as the company's financial performance and portfolio governance. Mr. Sitarz joined Ryvu in 2013, progressing through scientific and operational leadership roles before being appointed Chief Operating Officer and Management Board Member in 2020. Over the past decade, he has been a central force in transforming Ryvu into a multi-program clinical-stage organization. Under his leadership, Ryvu has built and scaled a robust clinical development organization, established strategic clinical collaborations with leading global oncology partners including BioNTech and Menarini Group, and strengthened the execution of complex oncology programs. In parallel, he directly heads Ryvu's clinical execution division, responsible for operational delivery across the company's clinical programs and external collaborations. Kamil Sitarz holds an M.Sc. in Biophysics from Jagiellonian University, a Ph.D. in Human/Medical Genetics from Newcastle University, and an Executive MBA from a joint program at Cracow School of Business CUE, EM Normandie, and AESE Business School. He is the co-author of a dozen scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals. Mr. Kamil Sitarz, according to the statement submitted to the Company, is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register and does not conduct any activities competitive to Ryvu Therapeutics S.A., does not participate in a company competitive to Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. as a partner in a civil-law partnership, partnership or capital company, and does not participate in any other legal person competitive to Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. as a member of its governing body. Mr. Hendrik Nogai Dr. Hendrik Nogai, M.D., is the Chief Medical Officer at Ryvu Therapeutics. Dr. Nogai is responsible for leading medical, clinical, and regulatory functions to support and guide the development of the company's pipeline. Hendrik Nogai is a board-certified medical doctor in Hematology/Oncology as well as in Internal Medicine, with almost 10 years of experience in patient care and basic research in different academic settings, including Charit - University Medicine Berlin, University Hospital in Munich, and Zentralklinikum Augsburg. Besides his clinical expertise, Dr. Nogai's brings 17 years of industry experience including business consulting at Mercer Management Consulting/ Oliver Wyman, medical advisory at Nordic Biotech Capital ApS, and positions of increasing responsibility at Bayer AG, with his most recent role of Vice President, Global Development Leader NTRK program. Dr. Nogai has completed his Medical Studies at Charit - University Medicine Berlin _Germany_, Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich _Germany_ and Harvard Medical School in Boston _USA_. He holds adoctoral degree awarded by the Humboldt University of Berlin _Germany_ for his research on cell biology. Ms. Justyna Żółtek Ms. Justyna Żółtek joined the Company in 2021 as HR Director, taking responsibility for establishing and developing the people function at Ryvu Therapeutics. Since May 2024, she has served as Chief People Officer, overseeing Administration, Payroll and HR areas. During her time at the Company, she has developed and implemented a comprehensive human capital management strategy, built the HR team, and introduced key processes in leadership development, talent management, and organizational culture transformation. Ms. Żółtek brings over 15 years of professional experience gained in international organizations, where she held regional and global HR roles in sectors such as biotechnology, energy, construction, and new technologies. She specializes in transformation projects, organizational integrations, and building HR structures in fast-changing environments. She was actively involved in the privatization process of EDF Polska and, immediately prior to joining Ryvu, managed HR teams in Poland and Bulgaria at a technology company undergoing a complex M_A process. She is a graduate of the Cracow University of Economics and the Center for Leadership - one of Poland's leading development programs for business leaders. Ms. Justyna Żółtek, according to the statement submitted to the Company, is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register and does not conduct any activities competitive to Ryvu Therapeutics S.A., does not participate in a company competitive to Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. as a partner in a civil-law partnership, partnership or capital company, and does not participate in any other legal person competitive to Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. as a member of its governing body.
