Message:The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc _"the
Company"_ hereby announces that Mr. Jaan Kristian Ter has been
appointed to the Board of Directors, effective from July 1st, 2026.Mr.
Jaan Kristian Ter has been appointed to the Board of Directors as a
Non-Executive Director.
Jaan Kristian Ter:International business leader and Board
Director with more than 30 years of experience leading publicly listed
companies. Recognized for driving strategic repositioning, shareholder
value creation, and large-scale business transformation across the
telecommunications, consumer electronics, digital infrastructure, and
luxury technology sectors. Extensive experience working with Boards,
investors, capital markets, governance frameworks, and international
stakeholders across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
Most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Bang _ Olufsen
_2019-2026_, leading the company's strategic transformation into a
globally positioned luxury technology brand.Previously held senior
global executive leadership positions including:
- Vice President EMEA, Logitech, 2015-2018- Chief
Operating Officer, BlackBerry, 2012-2013- Executive Vice
President _ Head of Global Sales and Marketing, Sony / Sony Ericsson,
2010-2012- Corporate Vice President, Sony Ericsson, 2005-2009-
Regional President, Ericsson across Europe, Asia, and Latin America,
1999-2000
Mr. Jaan Kristian Ter obtained Master of Science at the Royal Institute
of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden.
According to the submitted statement, Mr. Jaan Kristian Ter does not
run any other business competitive to the Company; he is not involved in
any activities of a competitive company as a partner of a civil
partnership, limited partnership or as a board member of a joint-stock
company, and is not engaged in any competitive legal entity as its board
member.
According to the submitted statement, his name does not appear in the
Insolvent Debtors Register.
