    Contents of the report:
    On 9 July 2026, the 32nd Annual General Meeting authorized the Management Board for the acquisition of treasury shares in accordance with the paragraph 1, indent 8 of Article 247 of the Companies Act _ZGD-1_.

    The company is disclosing that it will commence the acquisition of treasury shares in accordance with this authorization under the following conditions:

    * The sole purpose of a share buy-back programme is share capital decrease of the issuer.
    * The maximum pecuniary amount allocated to the programme is EUR 251,902,480.
    * The maximum number of shares to be acquired is 762,763.
    * Duration of the programme is 36 months from the date of the General Meeting authorization.

    Shares will be acquired according to the enclosed six-month share buy-back programme schedule until the end of 2026, on the regulated market at the respective market price and on terms that will not affect prevailing market conditions. The company will announce the continuation of the share buy-back programme with a new six-month share buy-back schedule at least 30 days before the expiration of valid schedule.

    The public will be regularly informed about these acquisitions of treasury shares.The notice will be published on the Company's website _www.krka.biz_ from 20 July 2026 onwards, for a period of at least 5 years.
