Receipt of a Significant Order
The Management Board of Selvita S.A., with its registered office in
Krakow _"Issuer" or "Company"_, hereby announces that on September 3,
2026 the Company received a significant order _"Order"_ from a
biopharmaceutical company with its registered office in Europe
_"Client"_, under the master service agreement concluded with the Client
on April 10, 2024 _"MSA"_.
The Order constitutes a further stage of the Company's long-term
cooperation with the Client and an extension of the order of September
1, 2025 performed under the MSA, of which the Company informed in
Current Report No. 22/2025 of August 29, 2025.
The subject matter of the Order is the continuation of an integrated
drug discovery project carried out by the Company for the Client, the
ultimate objective of which is the selection of a preclinical candidate.
The project is being pursued in parallel in two therapeutic modalities:
PROTAC-type protein degraders _PROteolysis TArgeting Chimera_, i.e.
compounds inducing selective and controlled degradation of the target
protein, and small-molecule inhibitors of protein-protein interactions
_PPI_. Pursuing both modalities in parallel allows the biological target
to be addressed more broadly and diversifies the risk of the project.
Under the Order, the Company will provide services in the areas of
medicinal chemistry, computer-aided drug discovery _CADD_, biophysical
assays, in vitro pharmacology, and drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics
_DMPK_.
The Order will be performed over a period of 12 months, from September
1, 2026 to August 31, 2027, in the laboratories of the Selvita Group in
Krakow and Zagreb.
The total value of the Order will amount to a maximum of EUR 4,998,572
_i.e. PLN 21,599,329 converted at the average exchange rate of the
National Bank of Poland of September 3, 2026, i.e. EUR 1 = PLN 4.3211_.
The Management Board of the Issuer has determined that the information
on the receipt of the Order constitutes inside information on account of
its value, as well as on account of the continuation and extension of
the long-term cooperation with the Client in the form of an integrated
drug discovery project engaging in parallel the key scientific
competences of the Group - medicinal chemistry, CADD, biophysical
assays, in vitro pharmacology and DMPK.
