Registration of Amendments to the Company's Articles of Association
The Management Board of Selvita S.A., with its registered office in
Kraków _the "Company", the "Issuer"_, hereby announces that on October
2, 2026, it received a decision of the District Court for
Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division of the National
Court Register _KRS_, concerning the registration, on September 24,
2026, of an amendment to the Company's articles of association _the
"Articles of Association"_.
The amendment to the Articles of Association was made pursuant to
Resolution No. 22 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company dated
June 24, 2026, the text of which was made public together with Current
Report No. 18/2026 dated June 24, 2026.
The amendment concerns § 5 sec. 1 of the Articles of Association, which
sets out the Company's business activities, and consists in aligning the
codes and descriptions of the business activities specified therein with
the Polish Classification of Activities _PKD 2025_, introduced by the
Regulation of the Council of Ministers of December 18, 2024 on the
Polish Classification of Activities _PKD_, which entered into force on
January 1, 2025. The amendment is of an administrative nature and does
not result in any material extension or limitation of the Company's
business activities. The Issuer made the previous and new wording of § 5
sec. 1 of the Company's Articles of Association public together with
Current Report No. 18/2026 dated June 24, 2026.
Attached to this current report, the Issuer provides the consolidated
text of the Articles of Association, adopted pursuant to Article 430 § 5
of the Commercial Companies Code by the Company's Supervisory Board
under Resolution No. 7/09/2026 dated September 17, 2026, incorporating
the above amendment.
Legal basis: § 5.1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of June
6, 2025, on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of
securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the
information required by the laws of a non-member state.
