The Management Board of Grupa ADV S.A. reports that on May 11th 2012 it received a
notification from Jethas Holdings Limited, reading as follows: "Acting on behalf of
Jethas Holdings Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Cyprus, entered
in the Cypriot Company Register under entry No. HE 278176 _"Jethas"_, in performance
of the obligation stipulated by Art. 69.1.2_ of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions
Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public
Companies, dated July 29th 2005 _Dz.U. No. 184, item 1539, as amended_ _the "Act"_,
we would like to inform you that Jethas' interest in total voting rights in Grupa
ADV S.A. of Gdynia, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court
Register under entry No. KRS 0000286369 _the "Company"_, has fallen below 10% of the
total voting rights in the Company. The interest in total voting rights in the Company
has decreased following the execution on May 2nd 2012 of a share sale agreement relating
to Company shares, whereunder Jethas sold 630,000 _six hundred and thirty thousand_
ordinary bearer shares in the Company, introduced to trading on a regulated market.
Prior to the change described herein, Jethas held directly 1,179,511 _one million,
one hundred and seventy-nine thousand, five hundred and eleven_ ordinary bearer shares
in the Company, representing 16.85% of the Company's share capital and directly conferring
the right to 1,179,511 _one million, one hundred and seventy-nine thousand, five hundred
and eleven_ votes at the Company's General Shareholders Meeting, which represented
16.85% of the total vote in the Company. Jethas reports that it presently holds directly
549,511 _five hundred and forty-nine thousand, five hundred and eleven_ ordinary bearer
shares in the Company, representing 7.85% of the Company's share capital and conferring
directly the right to 549,511 _five hundred and forty-nine thousand, five hundred
and eleven_ votes at the Company's General Shareholders Meeting, which represents
7.85% of the total vote in the Company. Furthermore, Jethas admits the possibility
that within the next 12 months it may, directly or indirectly, increase or decrease
its shareholding in the Company. Jethas would also like to inform you that its subsidiaries
hold no shares in the Company and that Jethas has not entered into any agreement or
arrangement whereunder it would be obliged to transfer any voting rights in the Company."
