Prairie Mining Limited _Prairie or Company_ advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that the Company’s Annual General Meeting _AGM_ will be held on Wednesday, 20 January 2021.

Further information about the AGM, including the Notice of AGM, will be provided to shareholders in December 2020.

An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election of Directors. In accordance with clause 6.2_f_ of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is Friday, 27 November 2020.
