    Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna _"Bank"_ informuje, że w dniu 14 kwietnia 2025 r. Zarząd Banku przyjął, a Rada Nadzorcza Banku zatwierdziła Strategię Banku na lata 2025-2027 "Sięgamy ponad horyzont" _"Strategia"_. Poniżej Bank przedstawia opis głównych założeń Strategii w zakresie celów finansowych oraz biznesowych w niej zawartych.

    Strategia przewiduje osiągnięcie następujących celów finansowych w perspektywie 2027 r.:
    1. wskaźnik ROE powyżej 18%,
    2. wskaźnik C/I poniżej 35%,
    3. koszt ryzyka w przedziale 65-75 bps,
    4. wypłatę dywidendy 50-75%.

    Ambicją Banku w horyzoncie 2027 roku jest pozycja wśród najbardziej rentownych i efektywnych instytucji w polskim sektorze bankowym.

    Strategia opiera się na 3 filarach: Wzrost, Dostępność i Sprawność w ramach, których Bank zdefiniował 9 kierunków strategicznych.

    1. W filarze Wzrost Bank postawi na rozwój w kluczowych segmentach i produktach dzięki czemu poprawi wynik oraz udziały rynkowe:
    1_ wspieranie aktywności naszych klientów z wrażliwością na zmiany zachodzące w cyklu życia człowieka;
    2_ wykorzystanie partnerstwa z Grupą PZU, co pozwoli zbudować pozycję lidera wzrostu na rynku bancassurance;
    3_ zintegrowanie produktów z Grupy Pekao _leasing, faktoring_ z odpowiedzialnością za relacje z klientami - zwłaszcza w przedsiębiorstwach i mikroprzedsiębiorstwach;
    4_ wzrost biznesu bankowości korporacyjnej i przedsiębiorstw poprzez wykorzystanie momentu gospodarczego oraz kompetencji branżowych Banku.

    2. W filarze Dostępność Bank sprawi, że korzystanie z usług bankowych będzie bardziej nowoczesne, wygodne i dostosowane do stylu klienta:
    5_ zintegrowany model obsługi klientów z najwyższej jakości bankowością konwersacyjną i zoptymalizowanym formatem oddziałów;
    6_ klient i jakość obsługi będą w centrum uwagi Banku, aby uczynić kontakt z Bankiem przyjaznym doświadczeniem.

    3. W filarze Sprawność Bank zwiększy sprawność operacyjną dzięki szybkim i nowoczesnym procesom oraz aspiracyjnej kulturze organizacyjnej:
    7_ budowa efektywnego ekosystemu danych, w tym zintegrowane i efektywne raportowanie zarządcze oraz finansowe;
    8_ ergonomizacja kluczowych procesów oparta o ciągłe doskonalenie;
    9_ aspiracyjna kultura organizacyjna wsparta dynamizmem postaw, decyzyjnością i chęcią sięgania po nowe rozwiązania.

    W załączeniu do niniejszego raportu Bank przekazuje szczegółową prezentację dotyczącą Strategii.

    Założenia i cele Strategii nie stanowią prognozy lub szacunku wyników _w tym finansowych_ i odnoszą się jedynie do zamierzonych kierunków działania Banku w latach 2025-2027.

    S.A. strategy for the years 2025-2027Bank Polska Kasa Opieki
    Spółka Akcyjna _the "Bank"_ hereby announces that
    on 14 April 2025, the Management Board of the Bank adopted and the
    Supervisory Board of the Bank approved the Bank's Strategy for 2025-2027
    "We reach beyond the horizon" _the "Strategy"_.
    Below the Bank presents a description of the main assumptions of the
    Strategy in terms of the financial and business objectives contained
    therein.The Strategy assumes achieving the following financial
    goals by 2027:1. ROE indicator above 18%,2. C/I indicator below
    35%,3. cost of risk in the range of 65-75 bps,4. dividend payout
    50-75%.The Bank's ambition in the 2027 horizon is to be among
    the most profitable and efficient institutions in the Polish banking
    sector.The Strategy is based on 3 pillars: Growth, Accessibility
    and Efficiency, within which the Bank has defined 9 strategic directions.1.
    In the Growth pillar, the Bank will focus on development in key segments
    and products, thanks to which the Bank will improve the result and
    market shares:1_ supporting the activity of the Bank's customers
    with sensitivity to changes occurring in the human life cycle;2_
    using the partnership with the PZU Group, which will allow to build a
    position of a growth leader in the bancassurance market;3_
    integrating products from the Pekao Group _leasing, factoring_ with
    responsibility for customer relations - especially in enterprises and
    microenterprises;4_ growth of the corporate and enterprise banking
    business by using the economic momentum and the Bank's industry
    competences.2. In the Accessibility pillar, the Bank will make
    the use of banking services more modern, convenient and tailored to the
    customer's style:5_ an integrated customer service model with the
    highest quality conversational banking and an optimized branch format;6_
    the customer and service quality will be the focus of our attention to
    make contact with the Bank a friendly experience.3. In the
    Efficiency pillar, the Bank will increase operational efficiency through
    fast and modern processes and an aspirational organizational culture:7_
    building an effective data ecosystem, including integrated and effective
    management and financial reporting;8_ ergonomics of key processes
    based on continuous improvement;9_ an aspirational organizational
    culture supported by dynamism of attitudes, decisiveness and the desire
    to reach for new solutions.Attached to this report, the Bank
    provides a detailed presentation of the Strategy.The assumptions
    and goals of the Strategy do not constitute a forecast or estimate of
    results _including financial results_ and refer only to the intended
