    In connection with the above, the Board of Directors has appointed Mrs. Olena Plakhova as the new Head of Communications, PR, and GR, effective 12 January 2026. Mrs. Plakhova brings extensive experience and proven leadership skills, well aligned with the Group's strategic priorities.
