Receipt of Significant Orders by a Company Affiliated with Selvita S.A.
The Management Board of Selvita S.A., with its registered office in
Kraków _the "Issuer", the "Company"_, hereby announces that on January
29, 2026, the Issuer's affiliated company - Selvita d.o.o. - received
three orders for the provision of research services _the "Orders"_ under
an agreement executed on January 7, 2026, which continues the
long-standing cooperation between Selvita d.o.o. and one of the world's
largest biopharmaceutical companies _the "Client"_.
The subject of the Orders comprises support services, including a broad
panel of in vitro tests aimed at characterizing the ADME _Absorption,
Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion_ properties of the chemical
compounds under investigation, analytical services, as well as in vivo
PK _Pharmacokinetics_ studies for both large and small molecules,
intended to support the Client's research programs. The Orders will be
performed predominantly at the laboratory located in Zagreb.
The Orders will be carried out over a period of twelve months, from
January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
The total value of the Orders amounts to 6,700,000 EUR _i.e. 28,188,240
PLN_.
The received Orders constitute a continuation of the existing
cooperation with the Client. As of the date of preparing this report,
the total contracted value of services provided to the Client in 2026
amounts to 8,751,539 EUR _i.e. 36,819,475 PLN_.
Considering the value of the Orders as well as the continuation of
significant cooperation between the Client and the Company, the
Management Board of the Issuer considers the Orders to be material for
the implementation of the long-term plans of the Selvita Group aimed at
building a strong position as a leading provider of services supporting
drug discovery and development projects, as well as expanding
cooperation with pharmaceutical companies.
Currency conversions presented in this report have been made according
to the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland as of
January 29, 2026, amounting to 1 EUR = 4.2072 PLN.
