Zarząd Selvita S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie _"Emitent"_, działając na podstawie § 80 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim _"Rozporządzenie"_, niniejszym podaje do wiadomości publicznej terminy publikacji raportów okresowych w 2026 roku:

- jednostkowy oraz skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2025 r. - 31 marca 2026 roku,
- skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za I kwartał 2026 r. - 21 maja 2026 roku,
- skonsolidowany raport półroczny za I półrocze 2026 r. - 17 września 2026 roku,
- skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za III kwartał 2026 r. - 19 listopada 2026 roku.

Jednocześnie Zarząd Emitenta informuje, że zgodnie z § 62 ust. 1 i 3 Rozporządzenia Emitent nie będzie przekazywać odrębnych jednostkowych raportów kwartalnych oraz odrębnego jednostkowego raportu półrocznego za pierwsze półrocze 2026 r. Skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne Grupy Kapitałowej Selvita będą natomiast zawierały kwartalne informacje finansowe dotyczące Emitenta. Odpowiednio, skonsolidowany raport półroczny Grupy Kapitałowej Selvita będzie zawierał półroczne skrócone sprawozdanie finansowe Emitenta wraz z raportem podmiotu uprawnionego do badania sprawozdań finansowych.

Publication Dates for Periodic Reports in 2026





The Management Board of Selvita S.A. with its registered office in
Krakow _"Issuer"_, acting pursuant to § 80.1 of the Regulation of the
Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic
information published by issuers of securities and conditions for
recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of non-member
state _"Regulation"_, hereby announces the publication dates for
periodic reports in the year 2026:





- Separate and Consolidated Annual Report for 2025 - March 31, 2026,


- Consolidated Quarterly Report for the I quarter of 2026 - May 21, 2026,


- Consolidated Semi-Annual Report for the first half of 2026 - September
17, 2026,


- Consolidated Quarterly Report for the III quarter of 2026 - November
19, 2026.





At the same time, the Management Board of the Issuer informs that
pursuant to § 62.1 and § 62.3 of the Regulation, the Issuer will not
publish individual separate quarterly reports and individual separate
semi-annual reports for the first half of 2026. The consolidated
quarterly reports of the Selvita Group will, however, contain quarterly
financial information about the Issuer. Accordingly, the consolidated
semi-annual report of the Selvita Group will contain the Issuer's
semi-annual summary financial statement together with the report of the
entity authorized to audit financial statements.
