    Based on the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d. d., Ljubljana and Article 2 of the Commission Delegated Regulation _EU_ 2016/1052 Krka, d. d., Novo mesto announces:

    With a reference to the public notice from 20 July 2023, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 27 March 2026 up to and including 2 April 2026. Krka acquired 4,947 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 1,148,197 the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

    - on 27 March 2026: 1,102 shares at a VWAP of EUR 229.94,
    - on 30 March 2026: 1,203 shares at a VWAP of EUR 230.00,
    - on 31 March 2026: 703 shares at a VWAP of EUR 233.34,
    - on 1 April 2026: 996 shares at a VWAP of EUR 234.52 and
    - on 2 April 2026: 943 shares at a VWAP of EUR 233.82.

    Price is calculated as volume weighted average price _VWAP_.
    Ilirika d.d., Intercapital d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions. Detailed report on acquisition of treasury shares attached.

    The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 2,493,184 representing 7.603% of all shares issued.
    The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 2,498,131 representing 7.618% of all shares issued.

    The notice will be published on the Company's website _www.krka.biz_ from 3 April 2026 onwards, for a minimum period of 5 years.
