Title: Sale of a Delta Printing System together with a dedicated laser system to a new industrial partner in Japan. Transition of the project to the third stage of the industrial implementation process in the area of yield management for advanced printed circuit boards _HDI/UHDI PCB_ and semiconductor substrates in the area of advanced packaging Legal basis: Article 17_1_ MAR - confidential information. Content of the Report: The Management Board of XTPL S.A. ["Issuer", "Company", "XTPL"] announces that on [3 July 2026] the Company confirmed the acceptance of an order for a Delta Printing System ["DPS"] together with a dedicated laser system enabling laser sintering of printed copper traces, placed by a new industrial partner from Japan ["Customer", "Partner"], which concludes the sales agreement. The ordering party is a Japanese manufacturer of advanced, automated industrial machines for the global electronics and semiconductor technology sector, with several decades of experience in designing and delivering such solutions across many markets worldwide. The DPS device serves as a laboratory demonstrator of the Ultra-Precise Dispensing ["UPD"] technology and as a tool for its independent validation by the Customer. Together with the dedicated laser system, it will be used in yield management processes _improvement of production yields_ for advanced structures applied in the area of advanced packaging, including advanced HDI/UHDI printed circuit boards _PCBs_ and semiconductor substrates, using copper as the conductive material. The order is a consequence of the successful technology validation carried out jointly by the Customer and XTPL at the Company's laboratory in Wrocław, Poland and is associated with the transition of the project to the third of the five stages of XTPL's industrial implementation process, in which the Customer begins independent validation of the Company's technology at its own research and development laboratory. In the event of positive results, the next stage comprises an order for a UPD module and its integration into the Customer's prototype industrial machine _the fourth stage_, preceding the decision on full industrial implementation of XTPL's technology _the fifth stage_. This is another sale of an XTPL product to Japan and the second, alongside the project reported in June 2026, an independent industrial project of the Company in this market. The Issuer reported the first sale of a UPD module to Japan, covering a project at the fourth stage of the industrial implementation process, in which the UPD module is integrated into the client's prototype industrial machine _CR 26/2026 dated 11 June 2026_. The current order concerns a further Customer and is at an earlier, third stage of this process, yet within a similar, strategic area of application. The parallel development of two independent industrial projects in the Japanese market confirms the replicability of XTPL's commercial model and the growing interest in the Company's technology in the area of semiconductors and advanced packaging. The sale is supported by XTPL's local distributor in Japan, PEC _Printed Electronics Corporation_. Delivery of the DPS device together with the laser system is planned for the second half of 2026, and the Company expects to recognize the revenue from its sale in that period. Revenues generated from the fulfillment of the order will have a positive impact on XTPL S.A.'s financial results achieved in 2026, and the potential for further cooperation may constitute a significant premise for further sales growth in future periods. The Issuer's Management Board considered the sale of the DPS device together with the dedicated laser system to be inside information, as its realization may have a significant impact on the Issuer's future revenue situation, the strengthening of the Company's reputation as a supplier of solutions for industry, as well as the way the Issuer is perceived by investors. For the reasons described above, the information provided in this current report, in the opinion of the Issuer's Management Board, meets the criteria of inside information within the meaning of Article 7_1_ MAR.
